Role Overview

As a Payroll Officer, you will process payroll for Australian clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process end-to-end payroll for Australian clients

  • Ensure accurate calculations and timely payroll runs

  • Handle STP reporting and STP Finalisations

  • Ensure compliance with awards, superannuation, and payroll legislation

  • Maintain payroll records and respond to payroll-related queries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably Australian payroll

  • Strong knowledge of STP, superannuation, and payroll compliance

  • Experience with Xero, MYOB, or KeyPay
