The Admin role provides operational and administrative support to accounting teams, ensuring workflows, documentation, and processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organise documents and internal systems

  • Support workflow coordination and task tracking

  • Assist with client communications and follow-ups

  • Update databases and internal records

  • Provide general administrative and operational support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative experience

  • 1–2 years of admin or operations support experience

  • Strong organisational and system skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
