Role Overview

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will oversee invoicing, receipting, and debtor management for Australian clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue client invoices

  • Record receipts and perform reconciliations

  • Follow up on outstanding balances professionally

  • Maintain accurate AR records

  • Support cash flow reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 1–3 years of accounts receivable experience

  • Experience using Xero or MYOB

  • Strong communication and documentation skills
